After procrastinating leaving until nearly 11:00, a pit stop at a tourist trap, 15 hours driving, a pukey baby, and a preschooler with what will likely turn out to be pinkeye, we're finally home! I embarked on an epic quest for coffee at 2:00 am in order to get us through the home stretch. I finally found success with the world's most complicated and extensive coffee setup at an AM/PM in Nevada. Plus side of an extra-large, extra sugary coffee at 2:00 am? No hotel room and having the energy to unpack and put together Easter baskets before crashing. Downside? My guess is that I'll crash just as the bigs are waking up. Lucky for me the little is already up!
